Modifications Available
ACCESSIBLE YOGA
Low intensity, beginning yoga class using props, including chairs, as needed. Poses will be performed both standing and seated. No prior yoga experience is necessary.
BARRE
A full body, medium intensity exercise based on a combination of ballet, yoga, and Pilates and includes the use of body weight, Bender balls, dumbbells, and bands with options provided for every fitness level.
BOOT CAMP
A total body workout that combines moderate to fast-paced cardio with strength training using a variety of weights and equipment. This energizing class is designed to build muscle, improve endurance and boost overall fitness in a motivating group environment. Exercises can be modified to fit every fitness level.
DANCE FIT
A group dance fitness experience that rocks your body, heart, and soul with powerful moves and positive music.
LINE DANCING
A cardio workout involving choreographed dance routines to country music.
PILATES / SCULPT PILATES
A full body workout set to upbeat music that will combine traditional mat Pilates with resistance training to build lean muscle, improve balance and enhance flexibility. May include the use of dumbbells, sliders, resistance bands, etc.
SET
A full body workout using light to moderate weights with lots of repetition. It is an ideal workout for anyone who wants to get lean, toned, and fit.
SILVER SNEAKERS
This class is designed to increase strength, range of motion and activities for daily living. A ball, weights, and bans are tools used, along with a chair for sitting and for balance. The class improves muscle strength, flexibility, and balance in a fun, social setting. It is for all skill levels.
SPARKLE
A super fun, low-impact cardio class that keeps you moving, smiling and sweating without high stress on the joints—no wonder it is one of our most poplar classes.
STEP AEROBICS
A fabulous lower body and ab workout using a step riser that you can modify to your fitness level combined with strength training and targeted core exercises for total body toning.
STRENGTH
A full body workout designed to build lean muscle, increase bone density and improve overall strength using a variety of weights and equipment. This class follows a circuit-style format, rotating between different muscles groups with a combination of compound movements and targeted isolation exercises for balanced results. Expect structured, effective training with options provided for every fitness level.
STRETCH & RENEW
Low intensity stretching for joint and muscle flexibility. Poses will be performed both standing and down on the floor.
TAI CHI
An ancient Chinese martial arts and mind /body exercise known for its health benefits, such as improving balance, flexibility and managing pain. It involves a series of movements performed in a slow, focused manner and accompanied by deep breathing and mindful ness, often described as a ”moving meditation.”
WAKE UP CARDIO
An energizing early morning workout blending low-to-high intensity cardio with boxing and self-defense inspired kicks designed so you can work at your own level and start your day feeling strong, confident and energized.
YIN YOGA
A slow-paced style of yoga in which poses are held for 3–5 minutes. This yoga class focuses on the connective tissues of the body—muscles, tendons and ligaments.
POWER YOGA
Group fitness class that links movement and breath to attain balance, flexibility and strength in both the mind and body. Poses will be performed both standing and down on the floor. This class combines yoga and Pilates for a full body workout. Yoga experience is necessary.
YOGA FOR STRONG BONES
Group fitness class that links movement and breath to attain balance, flexibility and strength in both the mind and body. Poses will be performed both standing and down on the floor. This class will focus on learning/performing safe modifications to yoga poses for those who have osteopenia/osteoporosis. No prior yoga experience necessary.
GENTLE YOGA
A wonderful yoga class for those who want a gentle, mindful movement yoga class. Great for beginners. No previous experience is necessary.
YOGA SCULPT
A combination class of yoga poses done with hand weights.

- Equipment varies by class—ask the front desk if you have questions.
- All classes can be modified to your comfort level.
